IEP COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
At International Equine Professionals, complaints are taken very seriously.
Please fill in the complaints form with details of the complaint, your name, contact details and the name of the person the complaint is regarding.
If you have any evidence you would like to submit, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
All complaints are handled by the IEP Admin Team. Once your complaint has been submitted you will be contacted by a member of the team and you may be asked for more details about the complaint, this may take up to 5 days.
You will be informed of the outcome of your complaint.
